UWC Mostar

I worked in a three-member team known as three musketeers since 2001 to bring the experience of international education to divided educational reality of post-war Bosnia and Herzegovina. We – David Sutcliffe, Antonin Besse and myself – became founders of the United World College in Mostar that opened in 2006. As part of our work we had three tasks: 1) set up model United World Colleges school in Mostar with partner IB schools in Sarajevo, Banja Luka and the region 2) set up teacher training centre 3) influence education reform on pre-university level. The work continues under the foundation Education in Action that I have been chairing since 2016. See more: UWC Mostar
